Wynbrook are proud to have beaten 30+ entries to win Residential Development of the Year at the 2019 East Midlands Brick Awards held on the evening of Thursday 28 March.

Property and construction professionals gathered at Trent Bridge County Cricket Ground to recognise and celebrate those behind the changing landscape of our region and reward the very best companies, teams and individuals.  The event was a prime opportunity to showcase the outstanding work carried out across the East Midlands over the past year and network with many of the region’s industry leaders.
 

Wynbrook are therefore delighted to have won ‘Residential Development of the Year’ for their West Place Court project located in West Bridgford, Nottingham.  The development, tucked away amongst the Victorian house filled streets, is another beautiful residential development by the quality house builder Wynbrook.  The site was originally occupied by several long-standing small light industrial units, working within tight site restrictions, Wynbrook has demolished these units and created a delightful, small community consisting of eight new eco-friendly contemporary residences (two detached bungalows and six 2/3 bedroom semi-detached homes) set in an early 1900’s walled courtyard.  The development is securely gated and features a small frontage area for resident and visitor parking with an attractive entrance area featuring planted borders perfectly framed with capped low walls and access pathways complimented with subtle night time lighting.

The light and airy urban properties are energy efficient and fitted with high quality kitchens and beautiful contemporary bathrooms.  All properties have oak veneered internal doors along with bi-folding doors in the main living area providing access to individual garden areas.
