Wynbrook has sold the last apartment at the development in Beeston, Nottingham.
Having sold several plots before the build was complete, Construction Director Steve Day said “This was our first residential development in 5 years and we are really pleased to see that interest was so high from the get go”.
Tewkesbury Place comprises of 24 one to two bedroom apartments, fitted with pristine Omega kitchens and Porcelanosa tiling.
The development was marketed by Estate Agents Robert Ellis in Beeston, the 6 month sales programme went smoothly with the development attracting mainly first time buyers however a handful have been sold to more mature couples wanting to downsize.
